IFS geht davon aus, dass wir alle verschiedene innere Anteile in uns tragen \u2013 zum Beispiel einen inneren Kritiker, einen Perfektionisten, einen \u00e4ngstlichen oder verletzten Teil. Oft geraten diese Anteile in Konflikt miteinander und halten uns in belastenden Mustern fest.<\/p><p>Im IFS lernen wir, diesen Anteilen mit Offenheit, Mitgef\u00fchl und Verst\u00e4ndnis zu begegnen, statt gegen sie anzuk\u00e4mpfen. So k\u00f6nnen innere Blockaden, alte Verletzungen und belastende Glaubenss\u00e4tze transformiert werden.
