Do you long to deepen your practice of mindfulness and compassion for yourself and others? A silent retreat gives us the unique opportunity to connect with the deeper layers of our being. Undisturbed by external distractions we take time to listen to our hearts. Guided practices and talks will encourage us to meet whatever arises with as much courage, wisdom and kindness as possible – all the while allowing our hearts to close when they need to. Once our cups are full with affectionate awareness, we allow them to overflow and share our kindness with others. In addition to talks and guided meditation practices, there will be silent practice periods. We will practice whilst sitting, lying, walking and moving.
