- Terms of Service
For all digital courses offered by Dr. Christine Brähler via independent webshop providers to consumers, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
- Contracting party
The contract of sale is concluded with Christine Brähler, Fraunhoferstr. 22a, 80469 Munich, Germany, email@example.com.
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
3.2 By clicking the button [Buy/order with costs] you place a binding order for the digital goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
- Refund Policy
4.1 If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.*
Do not include VAT.
Is made via webshop SendOwl or Teachable via PayPal, Stripe or other payment options of these webshop providers.
- Period of use
Access to courses expires 2 years after initial access is sent.
- Copyright and usage restrictions
Christine Brähler owns the copyright to the oral and written content published in the digital courses. Sharing the content publicly or for commercial purposes is not permitted.
- Disclaimer of liability
The courses offered are intended to promote well-being and, in the case of courses advertised for psychotherapists, also serve the purpose of further training for psychotherapists. These digital courses do not replace any otherwise necessary medical or psychological treatment. The purchase of these digital courses does not entitle you to individual psychological follow-up. If you need further follow-up care, please contact a licensed psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or your general practitioner.
Christine Braehler is not liable for any damages incurred by the purchaser as a result of purchasing the digital course. In no event, including its own negligence, shall Christine Braehler be liable for any damages in excess of the price of the products you ordered resulting from your use of or inability to use www.christinebraehler.com, even if attributable to your reliance on information in the content of its website or errors, omissions, service interruptions, deletion, deterioration or corruption of files or email, software errors or bugs, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, communications failures, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Christine Braehler services. Neither Christine Brähler nor its suppliers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or purchase of its products, even if any of them has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Content errors
Product prices are subject to change without notice. It is Christine Brähler’s goal to provide only current and accurate information to customers. However, errors do occur and occasionally product descriptions on www.christinebraehler.com may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product specifications, prices, or photographs. We reserve the right to correct and update information on the website at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel offers at any time, even after you have placed an order and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In this case, we will cancel any charges made to your credit card. If the product is or will be available, we will attempt to contact you regarding the error to obtain your instructions as to whether you wish to purchase based on this corrected information.
Christine Brähler reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any or all aspects of the Digital Course at any time without prior notice.
- Resolution of Disputes
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you have taken possession of the goods by access to the digital product sent to you by e-mail. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Dr. Christine Brähler, Fraunhoferstr. 22a, 80469 Munich, Germany, firstname.lastname@example.org) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending us a clear statement by e-mail (email@example.com). To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. After refund, your access to the digital courses will be cancelled.
