Compassion warms up our inner landscape. We get to discover more of our parts – especially those that want to be liberated from their burdens through our loving presence. In my one-on-one Internal Family Systems (IFS) Sessions I help you to strengthen your compassionate and wise Self and to witness and unburden protectors, exiles and legacy burdens. When our parts are liberated from their burdens, they rejoin our inner family in peace and joy and they let their personality shine. You will become more of your unique self and lead your life more from your wise loving Self.
I am an experienced psychotherapist, clinical psychologist and international self-compassion teacher. I have been using IFS since 2017 and I am currently a Level 2 IFS therapist.
