For Group Therapy

Get practical guidance in my book chapter on compassion-focused group therapy which I developed and evaluated between 2008 and 2010 whilst at the University of Glasgow and working at NHS Ayrshire & Arran. Since then colleagues from the University of Coimbra in Portugal have replicated the trial I led and published results and updated guidance on running group therapy.
