Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Online Therapy for healing, growth & self-leadership

What is IFS?

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, evidence-based approach to personal growth and emotional healing. It is based on the understanding that we all have different inner parts – perhaps an inner critic, a perfectionist, an anxious part, or a vulnerable younger part. When these parts become stuck in protective patterns, they can leave us feeling overwhelmed, conflicted, or disconnected from ourselves.

Rather than trying to suppress or get rid of these parts, IFS helps us approach them with curiosity, compassion, and understanding. As we develop a relationship with our inner world, old wounds can heal, burdens can be released, and new possibilities for living emerge. Many people experience greater emotional freedom, self-leadership, resilience, and a deeper sense of inner peace.

Why work with me?

I am a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher Trainer and certified IFS Level 2 Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting people on their healing and growth journeys. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems with compassion-focused therapy, attachment-informed practice, mindfulness, and trauma-sensitive care.

In our online sessions, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your inner world safely and at your own pace. Together, we will help protective parts soften, wounded parts heal, and strengthen your connection to the calm, compassionate, and wise Self that lies at the heart of who you are.

Online sessions are available worldwide via Zoom, allowing you to access support wherever you are.
