Dr. Christine Brähler (DClinPsy, PhD) ist Clinical Psychologist, Psychologische Psychotherapeutin und erfahrene Seminarleiterin.
Seit 2008 unterrichtet sie international Selbstmitgefühl. Sie hat die klinische Adaptation von Compassion Focused Therapy und das Trainingsprogramm Mindful Self-Compassion (MSCTM) mitentwickelt. Von 2008 bis 2023 war sie Honorary Lecturer an der University of Glasgow.
Sie ist Pionierin in der mitgefühlsbasierten Psychotherapie bei komplexen psychischen Erkrankungen und hat das Programm Selbstmitgefühl in der Psychotherapie entwickelt.
